We offer you additional peace of mind with our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. In the very unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your art purchase, we offer a 30-day Return & Refund Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return request, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know why you are not happy with your artwork. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that shipping costs for returning the artwork(s) to us will be at your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will unfortunately not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve for you.
Please send a photo of any damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All our prints are made to order and our framed prints are custom made. Therefore we do not offer exchanges for artworks purchased. We can however assist you to replace an order if it does not meet your satisfaction.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
