Shop with confidence - all deliveries are 100% insured. We will replace any items damaged or deemed lost in transit. 

* The above are the advertised delivery times. We aim to deliver as soon as possible, however some deliveries may take longer than expected. In unusual circumstances, untracked deliveries can take up to 30 days to deliver. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in this regard.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Deliveries 

In line with our refund policy, any orders that are unclaimed, returned to us, or lost due to an incorrect address are not refundable. Any additional shipping charges due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, incorrect delivery address, unclaimed deliveries or returned to sender are for the customer’s account.

Any returned items are only kept for 14 days before being recycled.
