✔️Unframed fine art prints are hand-rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes.

✉️A4 or smaller in the UK or EU - thick cardboard envelopes.

✔️Framed prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.

We work with local print partners in the UK, USA, Europe and Australia. Your artworks will be shipped from the production partner closest to you.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

👉🏻We are registered for EU VAT & UK VAT - VAT is collected when you purchase for items delivered in these regions and there are no additional duties or taxes in these regions.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve for you.

In the unlikely event of damage, please send a photo of any damage and the packaging to so that we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Please double check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

👉 Unfortunately, any orders that are unclaimed, returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address are not refundable. Any additional shipping charges due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, unclaimed deliveries or returned to sender are additional and for the buyers account. Any returned items are only kept for 14 days.

We use the gold standard Giclée printing technique using environmentally friendly, water based archival inks on premium quality heavyweight fine art paper with a smooth, clean matte finish.

All our unframed art prints have a uniform white border surround and sizes listed are the whole print size (including the white border).

Every framed artwork is made to order and hand-crafted by our specialist framers using sustainably sourced FSC certified high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and come with a smooth satin finish - ready to hang. Our Perspex glaze provides increased UV protection and offers less glare than glass.

Each artwork has a uniform white border surround which gives the effect of a matt surround. The wooden frame has a square, modern profile measuring approximately 20mm by 20mm (or 0,8 x 0,8in) which works well in both contemporary and traditional environments. The size of the frame is added onto the listed print size, so the framed prints are slightly larger. Available in black, white and natural wood.

Exchanges and Refunds

All our prints and framed prints are made to order so unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.

We offer you additional peace of mind with our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. In the very unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your art purchase, we offer a 30-day Return & Refund Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return request, please contact us at and let us know why you are not happy with your artwork. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that shipping costs for returning the artwork(s) to us will be at your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will unfortunately not be accepted.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). This includes personalised city maps and star maps. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or promotional items or gift cards.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for artworks purchased. We can however assist you to replace an order if it does not meet your satisfaction. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
