I got 3 city posters and overall they look great. The frames came with a few small scratches, likely just from not being wrapped well enough when shipped. You can't tell from afar when they are on the wall, but it was clear there were a couple of super minor scratches when I took it out of the box. That said, overall they still look great on my wall!
As noted above, the posters generally look great but the frames had a few scratches from the skipping I suppose. But you can't tell when they are hung on the wall.
