Once your package has been handed over to the shipping company, you will receive an email from us with your tracking link (if tracked delivery has been selected).

Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update once your order has been dispatched. Tracking info is updated regularly but can be delayed. Delays can be due to various unforeseen reasons including a local postal service backlog, strike action, public holidays or busy holiday periods.

It is possible that your order has been delivered to a neighbour, a local post office or pickup point, or that your order has been returned to us. Here are steps you can take:

- See if someone else has accepted the delivery on your behalf (a front desk/reception, another member of your household, or a neighbour).

- Look for an attempted delivery note, or an email update from the shipping company.

- Contact the shipping company handling your package directly via the link in your tracking email.

✅Unframed fine art prints are hand-rolled and shipped in extra-thick cardboard tubes.
✉️A4 or smaller in the UK or EU - thick cardboard envelopes.

✅Framed prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or in-transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard box.

🌱 We think global and act local - we make up to order and produce locally; we have production studios in various locations across the US, UK, EU and AU to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible and to get your artworks to you quickly and easily. Your artworks will be shipped from the production studio closest to you.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

👉 We are registered for EU VAT & UK VAT - VAT is collected at checkout for items delivered in these regions and there are no additional duties or taxes in these regions.

👉 Please double-check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Unfortunately, any orders that are unclaimed, returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address are not refundable. Any returned items are only kept for 14 days.

🔎 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

In the unlikely event of damage, please send photos of any damage AND the packaging it arrived in to info@thisartworld.com so that we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
