Following my last review on this item, I am delighted to say Mark not only gave me a full refund but sent me yet another replacement print. This arrived as a total surprise to me, and Mark confirmed it was thoroughly checked before mailing and supplied photos to prove no faults were present. Whilst the first two prints continue to produce air bubbles this one has remained intact and is now hanging on my wall. Mark has yet again delivered a fantastic customer service of which he is very proud. I highly recommend him! Thank you Mark for your kindness. A rare surprise and treat.

Fantastic print. My wife loves it
C
Unfortunately, this A1 print had to be refunded following an initial replacement. Both prints produced air bubbles underneath the glass. Although the seller said this had never happened before, I'm informed that due to the enlarged size of the print this can happen. However, Mark's customer service is excellent. He replied to my messages almost instantly, reassured me and refunded me straight away. I'm only sorry that I can't hang either print as I love the image.
