Don't know why i need to send a novel to return this item. If I knew buying this or any item on etsy required an explanation that the seller understand and accepts, I would never have bought this or any product on this platform. In my somewhat educated opinion, the picture is not worth more than $25, maybe $30.
We regret this customer was disappointed. The customer selected the 'Print Only' option, which ships unframed on premium, museum-grade matte paper. The customer admitted to wrongfully believing a frame was included, despite ordering the 'Print Only' option. The customer then claimed the artwork was not what they expected. We showed that the artwork provided is exactly as shown in the listing, which their own photo confirmed. Our clear no returns/no refunds policy is in place because each print is custom made-to-order specifically for the customer. We supply exactly what is ordered and described. We stand by the high quality of our prints, supported by over 3,000 five-star reviews, and believe this review is based on a misunderstanding of the options selected.
